Just call 01473 716976 and we’ll be with you the same day.

Our Christmas opening hours are as follows:

December 24th – 8.00am – 5.00pm

December 25th to 1st January – CLOSED (available for emergency callouts)

January 2nd – Business as usual

Fun TV facts from 2017

During the last 12 months, technological advancements and changing viewer behaviour have continued to shape an inDdustry that generated revenues of more than £13billion a year. However, despite the innovations, there are still an estimated 19 million people who are excluded from the extra choice and flexibility that most of us take for granted.

In 2017:

  • 91 percent of people watched TV at least once a week;
  • 80 percent of viewing was of live TV;
  • 12 percent of viewing was of recorded TV;
  • 8 percent of viewing was on-demand;
  • An average of 3.5 hours was spent watching broadcast TV per day;
  • 51 percent of people watched their favourite shows on a TV that was 43 inch or larger.

One television programme everyone will have been able to enjoy this year was Blue Planet 2, which was the most watched UK television show of the year attracting an average of 14.1million viewers. That was closely followed by the One Love Manchester charity concert in June and Strictly Come Dancing.

Merry Christmas to all our customers!

All that’s left is to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from the whole team here at Digital Dimensions. See you in 2018!
